CINCINNATI — The Reds are trading right-handed pitcher Frankie Montas to the Brewers according to Jon Heyman.

Cincinnati will receive outfielder Joey Wiemer and right-handed pitcher Jakob Junis in the deal.

Wiemer, 25, is a University of Cincinnati alum. He had 13 home runs and 42 RBI for the Brewers last season, but has only appeared in 19 games this year.

Junis, 31, is a veteran reliever that has posted a 2.42 ERA in 10 games this season.
