Cincinnati Reds Make Roster Move Ahead of Series Finale Against Red Sox

The Reds are hoping to take two of three from Boston and win their first series since June 9.

CINCINNATI — The Reds promoted infielder Livan Soto to the big league roster ahead of Sunday's series finale against the Red Sox.

Soto has posted a .292 batting average with two homers and 24 RBI in 195 at-bats for Triple-A Louisville this season.

Catcher Austin Wynns was designated for assignment to make room for Soto. Check out the Reds' official announcement below:
