Cincinnati Bengals Rookie Kris Jenkins: 'Who Dey Means Everything To Me'
CINCINNATI — Rookie defensive tackle Kris Jenkins is amped to be a Cincinnati Bengal and dove into why "Who Dey" means so much to him following his first taste of practice as a Bengal.
"Who Dey mean to me? it means everything to me," Jenkins declared. "Who Dey brought me in here accepted me. So for me, Who Dey, like that's why I say it every day with a smile on my face because it means everything to me, because they believe in me. So, I want to give back to Who Dey for that."
Cincinnati selected Jenkins in the second round last month, and now he gets to reunite with some other Michigan alums like Dax Hill and D.J. Turner II.
"I've gotten reached out to a little bit and I'm just excited to be a sponge with them and learn from the veterans, a lot of good guys," Jenkins said. "Really just excited to see my alumni class again too, Dax, D.J., Brad Robbins, Chris Evans so I'm excited to see them boys again and continue learning from them and get better every day."
