CINCINNATI — Joe Burrow came through in a big way for his offensive line this Christmas.
According to Kelsey Conway, the Bengals quarterback gifted his offensive line a cruise that includes a guest.
The Bengals franchise player pulled out all the stops for his retooled group this holiday season. Cincinnati had still allowed the sixth-most sacks heading into Week 16, but the protection performance has been better than last season when Burrow led the league in sacks.
The Bengals passer is getting the ball out much faster in 2022 and meshing better with his protection. It's led to the league's fourth-best pressure rate allowed.
Cincinnati gave up just 2 QB hits and 2 sacks in the 22-18 win over New England.
Soon there won't be any pressure to worry about as the protection unit sets sail thanks to their MVP-level passer.
