Minkah Fitzpatrick On Track To Play Against Bengals

CINCINNATI — The Steelers are well on their way to having their star safety back after a one-game absence. Minkah Fitzpatrick practiced fully for the second-straight time on Friday and is not on the status report.
He is not guaranteed to play, but all signs point to him being on the field Sunday when things kick off at 4:25 p.m. ET.
"It's pretty good," Fitzpatrick said about his appendicitis flare-up this week. "Obviously, you feel it a few days off of surgery, on the table. You feel it. I just want to keep working and when Sunday comes around, we'll see how I feel."
Fitzpatrick posted a fantastic game in Week 1, intercepting Joe Burrow once for a pick-six, to go with 14 tackles and a blocked kick.
The Steelers' defense is the healthiest it's been all season after the return of safety Damonte Kazee and linebacker Myles Jack.
