Updated list of 11 Buffalo Bills' free agents available to sign elsewhere

In this story:
The Buffalo Bills had 16 unrestricted free agents set to hit the market as the NFL's tampering period kicked off Monday. There are 11 who remain unsigned.
Wide receivers Amari Cooper and Mack Hollins were the leading two names from the 2024 offense. Rumored to be heading elsewhere, cornerback Rasul Douglas and safety Damar Hamlin created questions on defense.
Of those four headliners, Hollins was the first to commit to a team, signing a two-year contract with the AFC East rival New England Patriots. Cooper is still unsigned.
Third-down running back Ty Johnson and fullback Reggie Gilliam both re-signed on Tuesday as announced by the team. Johnson, a versatile running back with pass-blocking and pass-catching ability, has been referred to as the best third-down back in the NFL by Josh Allen on multiple occasions.

Buffalo eventually agreed to terms with Hamlin on a one-year contract, keeping him in the fold for 2025. Douglas, however, is still without a deal.

Third tight end Quintin Morris and reserve interior lineman Will Clapp round out the Bills' unrestricted free agents on the offensive side. Morris became an unrestricted free agent earlier this month when the Bills declined to tender the restricted free agent.
The bulk of Buffalo's pending UFAs are on the defensive line. Edge rushers Dawuane Smoot and Casey Toohill completed the one-year commitments they signed in 2024. On the interior, Austin Johnson, Jordan Phillips, Quinton Jefferson and Eli Ankou all became free to sign with other NFL teams officially beginning Wednesday, March 12 at 4 p.m. ET. Toohill has since landed a one-year contract from the Houston Texans.
