3 bold predictions for Cowboys vs. Packers, including quiet night for Micah Parsons

In this story:
It's nearly game day as the Dallas Cowboys and Green Bay Packers will face off on Sunday Night Football in Week 4 of the 2025 NFL season.
Dallas enters this a major underdog, despite being the home team. Their first three games haven't been impressive, with their latest outing leaving doubts about their ability to slow down the aerial attack.

The Cowboys are also dealing with multiple injuries, but they can silence critics with a win this weekend. While it won't be easy, they could pull it off, especially if these four bold predictions come true.
George Pickens records 100 yards and a TD

Entering this game, the Packers pass defense has been rather impressive. They've given up just 504 yards, but that number might be inflated.
While they did hold the Detroit Lions to 188 yards in Week 1, the LIons didn't look like themselves in the opener. In Week 2, the Washington Commanders put up 269 yards, and then the middling Cleveland Browns aerial attack managed just 149 yards.
This week, the Packers will face a highly motivated Dak Prescott and George Pickens, who want to prove they can get it done without CeeDee Lamb. That's why this first prediction is that Pickens records his first 100-yard outing for Dallas, and gets into the end zone for the third week in a row.
Packers held to fewer than 75 yards rushing

When Dallas was looking for a trade partner for Micah Parsons, they focused on teams that could send them a run-stuffing defensive tackle in return. That led to the decision to ship him to Green Bay and bring back Kenny Clark, who is looking forward to facing his old team this weekend as well.
Clark, who was named a captain for Week 4, has made an impact as the Cowboys are giving up 3.7 yards per rushing attempt compared to 4.8 last season. For that reason, this bold prediction has Clark leading the charge as the Cowboys hold Green Bay to fewer than 75 yards on the ground.
Cowboys keep Micah Parsons in check

This might be the boldest prediction of all, especially with the attention Micah Parsons is generating surrounding his return to AT&T Stadium. While Parsons is an absolute game-wrecker, the Cowboys are going to make it a point to prevent him from ruining their night.
Look for them to chip Parsons frequently with the tight ends, roll Dak Prescott out to avoid him, and try to weasr Parsons out by running the ball in his direction with Javonte Williams. In the end, it might open the door for his teammates to make plays, but the Cowboys won't let Parsons beat them in this one.
