Cincinnati Reds Offense Reaches Historic Low Not Seen Since 1945

The Cincinnati Reds offense has been historically bad this season. They have scored one run or less in 14 games this season.
According to Jay Morrison, that is their most through the first 51 games of a season since 1945, which is tied for the eighth most in franchise history.
Cincinnati gave up five total runs in their series against the Pittsburgh Pirates and still dropped two out of three games.
33 of the Reds' next 36 games are against teams with an above .500 record. If the Reds don't want the season to get out of hand, their going to need to find some offensive consistency.
