The Cincinnati Reds defeated the Cubs 8-4 on Thursday night at Great American Ball Park.

On the one-year anniversary of Elly De La Cruz's Major League debut, he hit a three-run home run to give the Reds the lead.

De La Cruz is hitting .240 with a .770 OPS. He has 11 home runs 32 stolen bases on the season.
