Orlando Brown Jr. Highlights 'Growth' From Amarius Mims Entering Second NFL Season

In this story:
CINCINNATI — Orlando Brown Jr. chatted with former NFL head coach and current Barstool Sports personality Jon Gruden this week. The veteran offensive tackle dropped some strong praise for his younger counterpart, Amarius Mims.
The Bengals left tackle is convinced he'll take a step forward this fall.
"He will be man, because he's got the right mindset, and he has since he's come in the building, from day one, you know, I think the growth that I've seen from him in terms of his maturity and professionalism, has gotten so much better from year one to two," Brown noted about Mims. "Not that it was bad before, but it's always important as a pro to take that next step, being able to have that understanding of what you need to work on. And so for him, he's had great focus and detail on his fundamentals, really being a master of his craft."
Mims struggled a bit at times as a rookie, amassing a 57.8 overall Pro Football Focus grade last season. Still, he was out there for an impressive 857 snaps and should be able to build on all of that tape for the rest of this summer and beyond.
If both can stay healthy, Cincinnati could end up with some of the best tackle play in the AFC North.
