CINCINNATI — Vikings wide receiver Justin Jefferson agreed to a four-year, $140 million extension with $110 million guaranteed on Monday. He's the highest-paid non-quarterback in the NFL.

Bengals star Ja'Marr Chase reacted to the deal on Instagram.

"BREAK DA BANK," Chase wrote. "Congrats dawgy."

Chase and Jefferson were teammates for two seasons at LSU and helped lead the Tigers to a perfect 15-0 record and a National Championship in 2019.

Chase is eligible for an extension this offseason. Jefferson's deal helps set a benchmark for what Chase will ask for from the Bengals.
