Tee Higgins' Mom Weighs in on Contract Situation With Cincinnati Bengals

Higgins signed the franchise tender earlier this week.

CINCINNATI — Bengals wide receiver Tee Higgins signed his franchise tender earlier this week. The star wide-out is set to make $21.8 million this season.

The Bengals and Higgins have until July 15th to agree to a long-term contract. If the two sides can't agree on a new contract, then the 25-year-old will have to play this season on the tag.

Higgins' mom weighed in on the situation.

"My son deserves it and it’s coming," she wrote on X. "Gods timing, sirs. Gods timing."
