TRANSFER PORTAL: UNLV QB Dylan Mehrotra On The Move Again

One of the Mountain West's newest quarterback transfers looks to already be on the move.

Per a report from On3's Pete Nakos, UNLV quarterback Dylan Mehrotra has entered the transfer portal. Mehrotra never appeared in a game for UNLV. He also had previous college stops at UAB and Southern University. Mehrotra joined the Rebelsust over two months ago during the February signing period.

The Rebels also lost 2023 starter Mountain West Freshman of the Year Jayden Maiava to the transfer portal earlier this offseason. Maiava ended up signing with USC.

Mehrotra, a Baton Rouge, Louisiana native, was a three-star recruit in the class of 2021. He spent two seasons at UAB, but saw no game action. He spent the 2023 season with Southern, seeing action in one game. He had one rush for four yards and one pass attempt for the Jaguars, which he did not complete.

The spring transfer portal window officially opens on Tuesdat, April 16.
