    FIU Football: First Spring Practice, Spring Game, and Pro Day Announced

    FIU Football has announced that their Spring Showcase will take place on April 13th at 5:00 pm at the FIU Football Stadium.

    Last year, the Spring Showcase was cut short due to lightning, but a lot has changed since then with the Panthers going through a 4-8 season and multiple players entering the transfer portal. Fans will be welcome at this year's Showcase.

    Before the Spring Showcase, FIU is back on the field on March 12th for their first spring practice. The full spring schedule will be announced in the coming weeks.

    Along with the announcement of the Spring Showcase, G5 Football Daily has learned that FIU will host their Pro Day on March 18. Currently, players who have announced their intentions to enter the NFL Draft include Jack Daly, Jalen Bracey, Alex Nobles, D'Verik Daniel, and Donovan Manuel. Daly confirmed to G5 Football Daily that he does plan to attend pro day. 

    In 2023, FIU did not host a Pro Day for the first time in the program's history.
