CINCINNATI — Reds catcher Tyler Stephenson hit a grand slam in the fifth inning of Saturday's game against the Tigers to give Cincinnati a 6-1 lead.

Elly De La Cruz and Spencer Steer also hit home runs. The Reds currently have a 7-1 lead in the fifth inning.
