Bengals Free Agent Targets: Jordan Meredith Could Be Solid Fit in Bengals Protection Pursuit

CINCINNATI — There are a few free-agent guard options the Bengals can use to beef up that position this offseason, just like it did in 2021. One of those is Raiders mauler Jordan Meredith.
He was great in his one-season prove-it contract with Las Vegas. Meredith posted an 80.6 PFF grade on 574 snaps at left and right guard throughout the season. It was his first real extended run getting snaps and he excelled (134 total snaps in his first two seasons with the Raiders).
Now, the 27-year-old could be a non-factor this cycle if the Raiders smartly offer him a qualifying offer as an exclusive rights free agent. If not, Cincinnati should kick the tires on the 6-foot-3, 300-pounder in free agency.
