Daniel Suárez will not drop to the rear before the start of Sunday's South Point 400 at Las Vegas Motor Speedway after an issue was discovered with an engine component in his No. 99 car.

Despite being expected to have to move to the rear of the field in Sunday's South Point 400 at Las Vegas Motor Speedway, Daniel Suárez and the No. 99 Trackhouse Racing team won't have to as their engine adjustments were approved by NASCAR.
