Cleveland Browns Request to Interview Giants Anthony Blevins for Special Teams job

The Cleveland Browns are interested in Anthony Blevins becoming their next special teams coach.

Cleveland Browns are working on finding their new special teams coach. Having already requested to interview a former player, the Browns have now reached out to New York Giants assistant special teams coach Anthony Blevins, per a report.

Blevins is a former XFL player turned coach. He started his coaching career as a graduate assistant at Mississippi State. Blevins got his first NFL job in 2013 with the Arizona Cardinals as the assistant special team's coach. He's been with the Giants since 2018, coaching the special teams, linebackers, and defensive backs.

Cleveland is determined to fill this role quickly with two candidates already known on the same day they fired Mike Priefer.
