Calgary Stampeders Add Coaches to 2024 Staff

The Calgary Stampeders announced their new coaching staff on Monday with two new additions.

After some departures from the Calgary Stampeders coaching staff, they have formed their 2024 group.

Stampeders coach and general manager Dave Dickenson announced the coaching staff Monday, including two new members. Andre Bolduc has joined as the running backs coach and Ryan Williams as quarterbacks coach.

The new additions come after former running backs coach J.R. Davies not being brought back in the same role. Former quarterbacks coach Marc Mueller left the Stampeders this offseason to take the offensive coordinator role with the Saskatchewan Roughriders.

Bolduc was previously an assistant coach with the Montreal Alouettes and Saskatchewan Roughriders for 10 seasons combined. He also served as head coach for the University of Sherbrooke. As a player, Bolduc played six seasons in the CFL as a wide receiver for the Ottawa Rough Riders, Edmonton and Montreal.

Williams was in the States as an assistant coach on the Georgia Bulldogs staff for six years. Before coaching, he played college as a quarterback for Memphis and Miami. He also played in the NFL for a short time with the Green Bay Packers.

The rest of Dickenson's staff returns from the 2023 team. Here are the rest of the coaches on his staff for 2024.

  • Mark Kilam, assistant head coach and special teams coordinator
  • Brent Monson, defensive coordinator
  • Pat DelMonaco, offensive coordinator and offensive line coach
  • Dwayne Cameron, defensive backs coach and CFL Draft coordinator
  • Bob Slowik, linebackers coach
  • Nik Lewis, wide receivers coach
  • Juwan Simpson, defensive line coach
  • Des Catellier, offensive and special teams assistant coach

The team also announced they brought in Daryl Chambers to take over as the strength and conditioning coach.
