Elly De La Cruz Ranked Too Low Among Baseball's Best Shortstops?

In this story:
MLB Network unveiled its rankings of the top 10 shortstops in baseball, placing Reds superstar Elly De La Cruz in the eighth spot.
It was the first time De La Cruz had made 'MLB Now's Top 10 Shortstops' list.
Gunnar Henderson, Corey Seager, Francisco Lindor, Mookie Betts, Dansby Swanson, and Carlos Correa were the seven shortstop ranked above the 23-year-old De La Cruz.
The switch-hitting shortstop slashed .259/.339/.471 with 25 home runs and a league-leading 67 stolen bases in 2024.
De La Cruz’s dynamic talent has already captured the league’s attention, but is ranking him 8th among shortstops truly high enough?
