Report: Browns Interview with Sean Desai Went Well for DC job, Cleveland Could Wrap up Things Soon
Cleveland Browns could have their new defensive coordinator very shortly. According to a report, Cleveland's interview with Sean Desai for the open defensive coordinator went well and the team could hire Joe Woods' successor as soon as Tuesday.
Desai interviewed on Monday, as he as the fourth individual to interview for the job. Currently, Desai is the associate head coach with the Seattle Seahawks organization. Desai is well educated with a minor in biology from Boston University, and a master's degree in higher and post-secondary education from Columbia University in 2005. Desai finished up his schooling with a doctorate at Temple University.
In the NFL, Desai spent eight years with the Chicago Bears, then the 2022 season with Seattle.
After firing Woods following the 7-10 abysmal season, Cleveland is close to wrapping up the process to replace him.
