Cincinnati Bengals Linebacker Germaine Pratt Requests Trade

CINCINNATI — Bengals linebacker Germaine Pratt has requested a trade according to Tom Pelissero and Ian Raoport of NFL Network.
Pratt, 28, finished with a career-high 143 tackles last season. The veteran was "close" with former Bengals defensive coordinator Lou Anarumo and is looking to play elsewhere.
The Bengals fired Anarumo on Jan. 6. They hired Al Golden three weeks later. Golden spent the past three seasons at Notre Dame, but was the Bengals linebackers coach for two seasons (2020-21).
Pratt has a history with Golden, but still wants out.
Pratt is entering the final year of a three-year, $20.25 million contract he signed after the 2022 season. He's set to make $5.6 million in 2025 with a cap hit of $7.9 million.
Germaine Pratt ranked 10th in the NFL in tackles this past season (143) and was one of only three players with 140+ tackles and 6+ turnover plays), along with Zack Baun and Zaire Franklin. https://t.co/mNwxmEYdFe
