The NFL announced several additions to the 2024 Pro Bowl roster on Tuesday. These additions were made to fill in for players who are either injured or not participating due to Super Bowl preparations.

Among those replacements: former Central Michigan Chippewas and current Seattle Seahawks linebacker Nick Bellore.

Nick Bellore was chosen as a special teamer, replacing Jalen Reeves-Maybin of the Detroit Lions.

At CMU, Bellore was a First-Team All-MAC selection in 2008, 2009, and 2010. He totaled 472 tackles with 32.5 for a loss, and 5.5 sacks in college, plus 5 interceptions.

Bellore has been a team captain in Seattle each of the past three seasons. This season, Bellore finished second on the team in special teams tackles with 11.

Bellore was also a Pro Bowl selection following the 2020, but the game was cancelled during the COVID-19 pandemic.

Bellore went undrafted in 2011 before signing as a free agent with the New York Jets. He also spent time with the San Francisco 49ers and Detroit Lions before landing with the Seahawks in 2019, where he's been since.
