C.J. Uzomah and Drew Sample Work With Travis Kelce and George Kittle at Tight End University

The Bengals' tight ends got to work with two of the NFL's best over the weekend

CINCINNATI — The Bengals are expecting their offense to take multiple steps forward this season.

They added pieces to their offensive line and used the fifth pick in the draft on wide receiver Ja'Marr Chase.

Despite adding talent on offense, they're relying on two familiar faces in the tight end room.

C.J. Uzomah and Drew Sample are expected to be the Bengals' top tight ends this season.

Uzomah is 100% healthy after suffering a torn Achilles in September. Sample is hoping to take another step forward in his third NFL season.

Both guys participated in Tight End University over the weekend. The three-day event was ran by San Francisco 49ers star George Kittle, Kansas City Chiefs All-Pro tight end Travis Kelce and former NFL tight end Greg Olsen.

The workouts took place at Lipscomb Academy field in Nashville. There were 49 tight ends present, including Darren Waller and Kyle Pitts.

It was great to see the Bengals' top two tight ends attend the workouts. Check out photos and video below.

Note: Sample catches a pass at the 14 second mark.
