Cardinals Next QB Coach Coming From the Cleveland Browns

Cleveland Browns most recent Bill Willis Coaching Fellow Israel Woolfork is moving on. According to a report, Woolfork is going to join the Arizona Cardinals to coach the quarterback position.
Recently hired Cardinals offensive coordinator Drew Petzing was rumored to have an interest in bringing Woolfork and offensive assistant Ashton Grant with him to Arizona. For Woolfork, this is a big step in his coaching career as he will now have his first position job in the league.
While with the Browns, Woolfork worked with the tight ends specifically. Woolfork coached with Miami University from 2013 to 2021, working his way from being a graduate assistant to eventually being the wide receivers coach.
Woolfork played his college ball at Grand Valley State.
A nice promotion for a Browns personnel member who was with the team through a program to give diverse individuals a chance to be seen.
