CINCINNATI — The Buffalo Bills signed former Bengals right tackle Bobby Hart to a one-year deal on Tuesday.
The Bengals released Hart earlier this month. The 26-year-old made 45 starts for Cincinnati over the past three seasons.

The Bengals cleared $5.8 million in cap space when they released Hart, which they immediately used to sign Riley Reiff. Hart will be a backup for the Bills.
