CINCINNATI — The 2019 LSU football team's legacy got even more valuable with Ja'Marr Chase's new contract extension. His four-year, $161 million deal is the latest massive money offering for a player from that national championship squad.
Joe Burrow and more of his teammates have earned some big second contracts. The 33rd Team noted that the top-eight second contracts from that roster have totaled about $850 million. Burrow is at the top with his five-year, $275 million agreement he's currently playing on.
