Top Reds Prospect Leaves Arizona Fall League Game on Saturday

In this story:
Cincinnati Reds prospect Alfredo Duno left Saturday night's Arizona Fall League game in the first inning. In the top of the first, he took a foul ball of his face mask. He stayed in the game to catch the rest of the inning, but was pinch-hit for in the bottom half of the inning.
The 19-year-old played in 113 games for Low-A Daytona this season, slashing .287/.430/.518 with 52 extra-base hits.
In seven AFL games, Duno has struggled offensively, slashing just .208/.355/.250with one extra-base hit.
Rhett Lowder started on the mound on Saturday night and gave up one run on two hits in two innings of work. He did not walk a batter and struck out one.
Leo Balacazar continued his torrid stretch offensively, going 4-5 with two RBIs, a double, and a stolen base. He is hitting .385 with an OPS of .901 this fall. The Reds have a decision to make on whether to add him to the 40-man roster, and it sure feels like he is forcing their hand.
Cam Collier went 1-6 with an RBI.
The Javelinas won 11-2 to improve to 8-7 on the season.
