Bengals Agree to Terms With First-Round Pick Dax Hill
CINCINNATI — The Bengals agreed to terms with first-round pick Dax Hill according to Ian Rapoport of NFL Network. He's expected to sign the contract on Wednesday afternoon.
Cincinnati took him with the 31st overall selection in the 2022 NFL Draft.
Hill is in town working out with his teammates at Paul Brown Stadium for voluntary OTAs.
The 21-year-old got first team reps on defense on Tuesday since Jessie Bates didn't come to Cincinnati for the offseason program.
Hill finished with 69 tackles (4.5 for loss), 11 passes defensed and two interceptions last season at Michigan. He's expected to play all over the field for defensive coordinator Lou Anarumo this season.
Hill is the first member of the Bengals' rookie class to sign with the team.
